One of the most curious elements of acupuncture, tai chi and qigong is the theory of meridians. The ancient Chinese people discovered that energy (qi) flows through the body like water-much like a rivers and tributaries moving water from sea to land. A deeper understanding of these pathways can give us a better understanding of our body, movement and health. This seminar is delivered by Dylan Kirk, a registered Chinese medicine practitioner, acupuncturist and tai chi instructor with over 20 years of experience in the field. He will take you through some of the basics of how to apply this ancient principle to your everyday life and health.
